Key Stage 4 Curriculum
The aims of our curriculum are:
- To provide a balanced, accessible and relevant range of learning experiences
- To know our pupils’ strengths, interests and needs, and to use these to personalise the offer
- To develop our pupils as learners and as people so that they are confident and able to secure meaningful and relevant post 16 destinations
2022 – 2023 Pathways
In the Maples;
- Pathway 1 full time – GCSE’s with options (Vocational and academic)
- Pathway 2 Full time – Vocational/holistic route with functional maths and English
- Pathway 3 part time – Pathway 1 or 2, with an alternative provision/work experience
